By accessing and using StageSub, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

StageSub provides a platform for orchestras to manage musician substitutes, availability, and project assignments. The service includes:

• Musician database management
• Ranking and availability systems
• Project and need management
• Request and response workflows
• Email and SMS notifications
• Export and reporting features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• Accounts are created by orchestra administrators or system superadmins
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Do not share your password with others

4. User Roles and Permissions

StageSub has different user roles with varying permissions:

• Superadmin: Full system access, orchestra management, billing
• Admin: Full orchestra management within their organization
• Manager: Can manage musicians, projects, and send requests
• Viewer: Read-only access to orchestra data

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Scrape or harvest data without permission

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

StageSub offers different tier plans (Free, Basic, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and limits. Current pricing is available on request.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant us license to use your data to provide the service
• You can export your data at any time
• You are responsible for backing up critical data

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or data loss

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment
• Fraudulent activity
• At our discretion with 30 days notice

11. Intellectual Property

• StageSub and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved

12. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via email.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
